The Old Museum has been the site of cultural and educational facilities for over 110 years. From 1891 to 1930, The Old Museum Concert Hall was the main venue for concerts in Brisbane, including recitals by Dame Nellie Melba and Ignaz Paderewski.  More recently the Concert Hall has hosted live performances from a variety of artists including Passenger, Katie Noonan, Mark Seymour and 5 Seconds of Summer.

The Old Museum continues to provide a unique heritage background for a large range of events such as performances, rehearsals, concerts, corporate meetings, markets, gala dinners and weddings.
